Inspiring images
What a pleasure to flip through the pages of Marilyn Tov's Fall 09 catalog! The children are elegant and sweet (no cheesy smiles, no over posing, no excess of make up); the mix between products and image is very well balanced and the quality of the pictures can compete with the top brands in women's fashion. Simple, creative, efficient. Bravo Marilyn!

A new home for Bubble London in June
Last January, Bubble London enjoyed an 83 per cent increase in visitors and a 20 per cent in exhibitors, compared to July 2008. The show is definitely growing. It is also going in the right (geographical) direction as it will take its new quarters in the hip area of Islington, at the Business Design Center (BDC). The venue, with great architecture, lots of daylight and easy access from St Pancras, will be a friendly home for Bubble London (June 21-23 2009).
Slow wear anyone?
The next step after the concept of slow food...slow wear. We love this approach of being smarter about how we consume in fashion. And it couldn't make more sense than in the children's world where the longevity of a piece of clothe is, well, one season. So look out for those exhibitors at Bubble New York March 8-10 that best fit the bill, in terms of sustainability, beautifully handcrafted materials and things that can pass easily from one child to another, if not from one generation to the next....www.bubbletradeshows.com

I heart Hucklebones....
This poetic line was definitely one of the most creative and enchanting at Bubble London. Showing its third collection, Hucklebones proved its ability to keep creating perfectly crafted clothes made of long lasting quality materials(100% pure Italian wools, 100% silks) and great design while maintaining the integrity and innocence of childhood.
