Kidshop is the exciting consumer event that Kidding Consulting (aka Bubble!) is launching with New York Magazine. Some good news of late as it is now joining forces with Best Bets to make it THE shopping event for the New York families, right before the holidays. 35+ vendors already signed up, kids activities from the Scholastic Store and Appleseeds, great media coverage with partner Urban Baby (and NY Magazine of course!)...and a wonderful charity to support, Room to Grow. Not to be missed: Dec. 6th, 2008 11am - 7pm at the Altman Building, 135 West 18th Street. There is still time & space for exhibitors to register on: firstname.lastname@example.org

"Time is over for stereotyped babies, wearing Claudine collars, rompers, wisely tied knots and nursery rythmes from the past" says Julien Parisot, owner of the French brand Princesse Rock'n'roll. With bold graphics, bubble-gum pink/black/silver color palet, sequins and subtle notes of satin, this collection for babies 0-2 made a noticeable entrance at the last Bubble New York, convincing buyers from New York and Los Angeles. Perfect items for the Branjolina and Tomcat families. www.princesserocknroll.com

Freshly opened in the Chelsea Market and designed by Swedish designers Our Children's Gorilla, the Kicokid store must be added on your New York shopping list.
The legendary Chelsea Market, an old cookie factory with original brickwork, pipes and worn hardwood floors is an attraction in itself. Kicokids adds a nice touch to it with a very unique shop: warehouse feel, monkey mannequins, art gallery and great selection of products. Let's monkey around!
