Cyril Squirrel has a huge bushy tail, likes marmalade and dislikes cottage cheese. Stripey Head has a little body but a very big head. He is quiet and thoughtful and dislikes pickles. Donna's colourful, tactile installation is bound to add fun, humour and an organic element to the show – we can't wait to see it!

Bubble Collaborates with EJF Cotton Campaign and Caramel

Bubble, the kids trade show, is inviting EJF (the Environmental Justice Foundation) and Caramel to collaborate on an exclusive tee-shirt for the London show. All proceeds from sales of the tee-shirts will go to the EJF Cotton Campaign.

Over the last few years, EJF has worked hard to stop abuses linked to cotton production with children. For 2008, they have an active campaign to fight the use of child labor in West African cotton-producing nations, and Bubble wishes to support that effort by turning the spotlight on EJF. Internationally acclaimed designer Eva Karayiannis of Caramel Baby & Child (www.caramel-shop.co.uk) has been chosen by Bubble to create an exclusive illustration for the onesie and tee-shirt that will be sold at the show.

What a wonderful way to support the charity and link it to the kids' world. The aim is to raise awareness, and the children's industry in particular should be very sensitive to that. Let's hope the campaign is a huge success!
